This crunchy pandan gula melaka cookie is made by the owner of ibakedessert and it's her own recipe!. It took quite some time to make it perfect. It's made with pandan extract, palm sugar and coconut for a scrumptiously moreish delight. Crunch, aromatic and full of classic flavour. You should try and you will love it!.

Ingredients : Butter, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, baking soda, pandan extract, coconut, palm sugar (original gula melaka) and natural sea salt flakes.
