CAN I ORDER WITH INSTANT / SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

U can order for instant delivery within Klang Valley. The delivery will be charged based on Lalamove charges.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES OR DELIVERY?

For instant delivery via Lalamove, we will arrange as soon as possible. Order made after 5pm, will be arranged next day.

We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed. Customer may use the tracking information given via email to check the delivery status. Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 business days.

Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holidays, festive season, sales season etc).

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You’ll get an email confirmation after you place your order. The email will give you information of  your order’s status and the order’s tracking number, which you can click to get updates on transit. 

THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT, CAN I GET REPLACEMENT OF REFUND?

We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
